Tell Us About Your Home
Fill out a form on our page and add details regarding your property.
Agreement and Supporting Form
We will furnish a contract and send it to you either via Drop Box or by mobile notary. There will be an additional form provided which will need to be notarized.
Both of which will be submitted to a local trusted title company.
Professional Photographs and Drone Fly-Over
We will schedule a date and time which fits your schedule. Our real estate photographer will arrive and professionally document your home and surrounding area.
Identifying the End-Buyer
Once we have identified the end buyer for your property, we will submit all required paperwork to the title company.
After introducing the end-buyer's contract, we will work with our real estate partners, the title company, and a transaction coordinator to complete the sale and schedule a closing date.
Book an Appointment
After filling out our form, book a conversation with us over the phone. If desired, you can request an in-person visit.
Home Visit
The representative assigned to your transaction will request a date and time to meet you at your home. We will pick up any notarized forms, and obtain photographs of your property.
Marketing Your Property
After properly documenting your property, we begin leveraging our nationwide network of retail and investor buyers, to locate the end buyer for your property.
We use a variety of marketing methods which may include: social media, software, our compiled list of nationwide buyers, the open market, and so on.
Meet us at the closing table.
Once we are clear to close, we will see you at the closing table. At the closing table, you will be paid the amount originally agreed upon.
This program also offers reimbursement for certain moving related expenses. At the closing table, you will be reimbursed by bankers check or bank wire.
We Present an Offer
If your residence qualifies, we present an offer. The offer will be the exact amount of money which will be paid net to you at closing.
With this program, we will be locating the end buyer for the property. Therefore, a little bit longer of a timeline may be needed.
Meeting Our Marketing and Real Estate Partners
As part of the process, our marketing and real estate partners will schedule a visit at your home. We value face-to-face relationships, and it gets the creative juices flowing for marketing your property.
Walk Through Day
While in the process of marketing your property, we will schedule a "walk through" day for your property. Typically, these are single day viewings and last a couple of hours. This will be scheduled to fit your schedule.
